how long does it take for my seed to sprout under a 400watt hps. i germed it and now its been under the light for 2 days. i planted it about 2cm deep in the soil. i thought it would have sprouted by now? any ideas?

could take up to a week, it could be the intensity of your light, a 400 W HPS may be to much for those little seedlings, if you can obtain any fluros for veg growth i'd suggest that.

hey bro just lettin u know it is not good to grow under a hps light for veg it will no grow grow correctly.but a seed can sometime take up to like a week to come out of the soil

its not bad to grow under hps at all but like stated before me the intensity of the light might be to much for the seedling.
