How much would adding CFL bulbs to my T-12 lights help for mothers?

Hello all, I have posted in another thread about raising about three mother plants under some t-12 fluorescent fixtures that I already have. I am curious how much would I benefit by adding some cfl bulbs along with the t-12 fixtures. The reason I ask is I see some people using them on some vids. etc. Here is a couple pics of the set up I have. I have two of these t-12 set ups. Thanks all

I think that's enough light for mother plants depending on how often and how many cuttings you take from them. some keep them under 2x 23w cfl / plant.
