How to remove chorophyl taste from fast-dried weed?

My buddy gave me some colas off his harvest and I dried them way too fast, so now they taste pretty green. I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to leach the rest of the chlorophyll out so it doesn't taste quite as bad? I think I remember hearing something about "water curing" years ago.

It might be too late. I've read that once it's dry, you can't restart the curing process. They need to be dried slowly, then cured to get the taste you're after.

Well the only taste I'm really after is... Not so much like leaves? lol I'm just assuming it's the chlorophyll, but it tastes like smoking trim.

Thinking about just trying the orange peel trick to mask it if there's no way to get rid of it now.

There's a section on drying and curing, you might spot something in there that I missed. I'm still trying to perfect my dry and cure, I always end up with a bit of a grassy taste. Great smoke, just a bit too grassy for me.
