HPS Adjust-A-Wing or Vent style reflector?

I had my room all figured out but now I'm thinking about going with a slightly larger HPS system.
Is it best to use the reflectors with vents to evacuate the air or does the adjust a wing not make as much heat as the mfg says it does?

If u have good fans and ventilation u should be able to get away with the adjust a wing. I've used on in a 4x5 space and if raised the temp 3 to 5 degrees as opposed to aircooled hood (i actually had an A wing, not adjustable but similar). The adjust -a-wing will enable u to cover a greater area. If u have an AC goin even better. Let us know what u decide. How tall is ur ceiling?
