I have a solo plant on its 25th day of veg. I have tent and all and the humidity hovers at 44-47 percent at 77degrees. What is a healthy humidity level and temp range for plants to grow in?

Personally I try and keep my plants between 50% and 70%. I found that 60-65% is my golden zone.
50-70% for veg
40-50 % for flower
40-50 % for flower

Depends on temps. With hotter temps you can get away with higher humidity. 40-45 is on the low side but your temps are nice and low. You can get small foggers and humidifiers that will fit in a tent or just dump some water on the floor of tent will raise humidity.
Or as long as the plants dont complain then its not an issue.
Rather be on the low side for rh than too high.
I wouldnt worry. In flower the low humidity will be an asset.
