So I was just looking at my baby, and after I spent 10 minutes talking to it, I noticed that I have made every excuse in the past week to end her life so I could finally get a taste, and thats when I noticed she really has about two more weeks left in her. Hairs are about 50\50 orange and white. My eagerness has tried to make me believe its time. MY BAD!!!

Pick her when the hairs are 50% amber and white .......That's a good rule of thumb ........Good Luck ! !
