My first instinct, having used this stuff once a couple years ago is make a peanut butter sandwich.
I was given two FSO syringes: how do I use them?

Think you mean RSO…
you can add it to a joint or bowl, it can be used in edibles but for the medicinal side they take a drop about the size of a grain of rice and tack or apply it to the dimples in your gum line
read first page of link below to better understand the process but basically…. be sure to eat a meal or a fatty snack first, drink plenty of water, brush your teeth & rinse well then hydrate more…. then dry the gum dimple and apply the tack. Don’t swallow the tack but if you do it’s ok- better luck next time
