im try to lower energy use so im running a 150 mh,150hps side by side with 23w led flood light putting out 125w 5000k color,with (4) 2 foot 7600k color flour. tubes under plants.so i am covering the light colors from 2000k to 7600k for veg.im planning on using same set up for flowering just change to 12/12 im running 19/5 for veg.so for the light is working well for veg.i am only growing 2 plants under this lighting at about 400w electric use.so let me know what u think about flowering under this light set up ?

........Is it a 23w light or 125w, you have a good spectral range it would be interesting to hear about your results

its a 23w (equiv.to 125w regular bulb)my bulb is par 30 im looking for a higher par if anyone knows of any leds with a higher par
