In need of some advice!

Hello..I am in need of some advice asap! I currently just lost my job because they didnt believe i was sick! i havnt smoked since like may 27... i was recently sick for close to 3 weeks with a bacterial and viral infection and put on cipro to get rid of all the infections and i was wondering what i could possibly do to pass a urine test without taking detox stuff?!?!?! HELP PLEASE

YEA you can drink LOTS of water and exercise alot, run, lift weights whatever cause you wanna sweat it gets out of your system faster sweating and pissing.
