Insect help

If these insects
Are causing this problem

And what should I do about

It's definitely insect damage but I don't think from the insect pictured (I'm not sure what that even is!). Check the underside of the leaves with a jeweler's loupe or magnifying glass. Depending on the type of insect, Spinosad and some neem oil will often clear it up.

How about this white spot on an indoor plant...

On that one, it looks like when you were watering you got a droplet on the leaf. The droplet acts like a magnifying glass and, with the lights, will create a burn spot. That one is nothing to worry about, unless you start seeing a whole bunch pop up.

We looked at the leaf close up and could see a few other small rings and were thinking some kind of deficiency but cannot find anything in any problem guide like it...
It just went under new MV today and I stupidly misted it as soon as I put it in the box because it had been replanted...
The other rings do look like water spot rings but white like bleach
1 plant of my last crop had the same thing on 2 or 3 leaves but never spread...
Got concerned when I saw it on the new plant...
No more midday misting no matter how much ventilation I have...
Morning or night only
I'm going to watch for a few days but think you may be correct

I'm fairly certain that's not a deficiency and I'm "spot on" with the water drop diagnosis. If you're going to foliar spray with lights on, it's good practice to raise the lights. In addition to preventing burn, it helps keep the moisture from bursting or corroding the lights.
