is 2700k better than 6500k when using CFL's?

on my first grow reaching just over a week and. ive got weak cfls plus my hps. i wanted to know if 2700k cfl is better than 6500k? i plan to get stronger ones and didnt know what the difference or what was better to get
 
65's are better for veg, 27's are better for flower. The higher kelvin promotes branching and growth, like an Metal Halide HID light. The lower kelvin promotes tighter nodes and shorter stem growth (basically). Spring and summer sun is brighter with more blues in it, where as later summer sun (flowering stage) has more of an orange tint to it. We try to copy that in an indoor environment.
