Is it ready for harvesting?

Hey guys, I have two plants which are growing and into the flowering stage however I don't remember what week I'm in and idk if they are ready for harvesting or not? They don't look like those big buds everyone has, but they are turning orange and looking milky, so I just thought I'd share they here.
They are automatic afghan kush.

Also what do you do with the underdeveloped buds? Do you wait for all to grow to the same size and then harvest or can you do partial harvests? cause both plants have little buds on the bottom that are waaay smaller and underdeveloped than the ones at the top.

Here's plant 1

When pistils are light, fluffy & all spiked up then the plant is still bulking up but when pistils turn to a dark color & are crinkled up then you are in the harvest window and it’s time to scope trichs for ripeness.

yes absolutely you can do partial harvest by taking top layer and letting under canopy stuff have a run with better lights

looks fantastic, you will be rewarded for your patience!

welcome aboard!!!

Also, the plant will markedly slow her drinking as she nears the end, so that and the white trichomes darkening and curling in with be your first tells.

But, like others said, you've got a bit of time to go.

Those small ones at the bottom will get a bit bigger but for the most part they are not going to do much. If they are similar to what I am familiar with then they will never grow as large as the ones at the very top of the canopy. A lot of the experienced growers will ignore them like they are not even there or they cut them off early so the plant will direct the energy to the buds closer to the top which can get a lot larger. Or, when the time comes those small buds can be harvested and saved for kief, hash or making salve. Your call on whether to keep them or what to do with them.
