In T5's i could pay an extra £7 for 6400k over 4000k these will only be used for veg so is it worth it? I'm looking for good bushy growth.
Is it worth paying extra for T5 6400k over 4000k?

Since 4000K is closer to the red spectrum than the blue spectrum, I would say the 6400K is worth the extra pounds, especially since you want good bushy growth.
