I wouldn’t go to one gallon pot just yet. I’d wait for more root growth first. They may need some support to stop them falling over in the meantime. A pipe cleaner or bit of wire should do the trick. Topping up that solo cup will also help support that one.

You won’t regret getting a better light. What light are you looking at?

I reckon also get that one in the small square pot into a solo cup and bury the stem so you only have an inch or so above the medium.
