Is this soil good to use?

Peat Moss
Composted Cow Manure
Aged Pine Bark Fines
Perlite

They don't give me a ratio of how much of each.

Sounds good, I Dont see why it wouldn't work out. I am a foxfarm fanatic so I have used nothing else but the foxfarm.

The closest spot to get the foxfarms soil is pretty inconvenient and they have it at $25 a bag. I've had trouble with soil ph and am trying to find the best alternative to driving to the hydro store.

$25!!! Damn you live on an island or something they import it to lol. My Foxfarm was $12 for the large bag of Ocean Forrest. I do understand what you mean about the PH issues. I have a hell of a time keeping the PH consistent in the ocean Forrest soil. That soil should be good, you can always add whatever you may need, earthworm castings and such.

Peat moss and bark will be very acidic. Be sure to add lime accordingly.

You can leave the aged pine by side and replace it with soil that would be a 2 as well
