And another thing, my parents threw out my northenlights plant when they found out what happened. it was 2 weeks from harvest...

Hey i've been through jail, and countless in patient treatment facilities since the age of 16. All because of pot. Im ready to go 2 court now facin 200 days 4 failing a urin. Guess what though i've managed to go to jail once for pot and still was smokin the shit while i was locked up. I love pot always and forever Keep on puffin.

damn.. I got pulled over for somking a CIG behind a bank, waiting for time to pass for school one day.. And they treated me like a criminal, searched the car, startin sayin i was gonna rob the bank n shit

mostly any mistake or experience help to learn something, like i got busted for growing, and now i got lesson "cops are gay"!

sorry to hear of this kinda bs it just make them hated and there suposed to serve the public! i got busted with a pipe with a half cashed bowl of some weed and the cop just blew up at me cause that was all i had and there was not much he could do it was almost ashes so he threw the glass bowl at my head and then threw me on the ground and started looking through my pockets as if there was some bud i dident know about it seemed to be a plant he was trying to plant something on me im sure of it... when i said what are you doing i dont have any thing else he keep saying yea right!! why did you have the pipe then... i forgot it was in my pocket!! then another police officer pulled up ! and started questioning me what was going on i told him and he said are you a medical user i said yes and pulled out my card and showed it to him but the other cop looked at me as if i was going to go to hell as soon as the other officer left! i got real nervous after that and just sat down and waited for them to leave not knowing what the bad cop was going to do! he waited with me for about ten mintues just looking at me as if i had commited a crime and then his radio went off and he said he would be looking for me around town and that this wasent over!!! as soon as he left i got the hell out of there and never went near that side of town again! i have seen that police officer after that but was months later and he never recognized me or he had forgotten me! these kinda cops must of had there lunch money taken or something cause they have a real bad chip on there shoulders and leave a bad tast in the publics eye!

Man,I remember guys getting 70 years for a joint in Texas back in the day.

Don't get busted in Mississippi with weed or you might get the death penalty. What's bad about it all is that we have some of the most corrupt cops and courts in the country.

I wanted to update this- I did talk my doctor into signing because I brought an advocate into the office with me and let him do all the talking. I had all the papers she needed to sign ( and nothing more) so she was not over whelmed. The paperwork is a hassle but doable.

I am currently on home detention (ankle bracelet) for 1.15 grams. Six months at $300 per + $200 initial hook-up. Then 1 1/2 years probation with monthly fees (don't know how much yet), probation user fee, urinalysis fees, brainwashing class user fees, transfer fees from the charging county to my home county, court costs and fines, CARE program (not sure what that stands for, just more brainwashing) fees, T4C class (Thinking for Change, more brainwashing) fees, IOP class (intensive out-patient, more brainwashing) fees, Driver's license forfeiture for 6 months, any vehicles (boat, bike, trailer, truck, car) registrations forfeited for six months, high-risk insurance for 3-5 years even though I wasn't DUI.....anyone see a pattern developing here???

It is all about the money. I have not added all this up (don't really want to know!!), by the time it is all over, with attorney fees and the above mentioned fees I will have $10-15,000 wrapped up in one phat joint. Oh, and if I violate any of the terms I get 3 do 1 1/2 back-up. For 1.15g WTF!!! Indiana will probably never change its' laws because big pharma (Eli Lilly) calls this home. Now that I have totally jacked your thread (sorry, new at this), it still beats the hell out of prison!! Can't wait for April 2011 so I can head for the mountains.

I used to get very paranoid when I had ANY amount on me, until the law changed and 1oz. or less is a ticketable offence. I never have that much on me at any time, so I don't worry as much.

Well most of them after getting stoned act so stupid and retarded you begin to realize that maybe it isn't for everyone.lol These are the same people that should just stick to their pills and alcohol. I have seen this time and time again with my blood brother, he simply can't handle weed and alcohol together, and then blames being stupid and retarded on the weed, it's sad to even be around them when they are like that. lol These people should not indulge. lol you know what I mean? these are the same people that try other drugs and then something bad goes down with their judgment in social situations and they get busted and locked up then the retardos blame the drugs, it just gives all drugs a bad name. "some people should and some people shouldn't". Most of the cops probably shouldn't. I have seen their type up close in the Army trying to be cool and blend in, but they don't they are just lame, selfish, mean spirited people. They can't handle it so they don't want you to handle it or do it either.:cool:

I gave a joint to my parents one night at their house in the 70's and said smoke this before going to bed and we will talk about it in the morning. The next morning I ask my dad "retired 20 year military" well dad how did it go with you and mom last night? Well he said we smoked then got in the icebox and had some snacks and then went to bed. I said well was it ok he said yes it was ok, but it's still illegal! I said but did you have sex with mom? He said none of your business. lol I rest my case lol:bravo:

ps both of my parents suffered greatly from very very painful migraine headaches which would make them not sleep for days. Well brothers and sisters they slept well that night, and I suspect that was the first time they had been laid in a while. lol:slide: I never have headaches ever, but about ever five years a sinus headache in the winter.

I want to inform you that your not alone my brotha... In march I was arrested coming home from college orientation i had less then a gram tucked in my sock that had in there for a couple days. I was pulled over on my way home i wasnt even driving and the cop asked me if i had anything on me up until that point the quarter of a gram i had in my sock had not even crossed my mind but i remembered and was honest with the guy.He told me that if I was honest that it go along way with him so I told him. After he had my herbs he began to search the trunk as if he was going find more then what I told him. Me and my friend had took our skateboards and some skate wax with us so we could shred some rails up on campus and sure enough this idiot thinks its crack I had to explain to him what it was before he called the k9 hahahaha guy was complete idiot... he took me to jail over a .8 gram with the bag i paid 900 dollars and had to have someone bail me out from back home which was 6 hours away i didn't go into the actual cell until midnight spent 21 hours in jail over less then a gram... But there not gonna stop me smokin:lot-o-toke:
