Keep or not to keep lighting

i purchased a 900w led full spectrum with 392w of actual wall watts from E bayer and when it arrived it was a 1200w with 252 actual watts from wall and IR. It will be used in a 3*3 tent. Should I keep it or send it back? Trying to get close to optimum light and control the heat inside tent.

Well, you purchased one product, and were sent a different one that only has approximately 64.3% of the output you paid for. If you buy a dozen eggs at the grocery store, get home, and discover the carton only contains seven or eight eggs, lol, are you going to be happy with your purchase?

If it was me, I'd send it back - and I would expect to do so on the seller's dime, the reason being you were sent a different (and lesser) product than you paid for.
