Lack of growth?

Yikes, so ive been thinking about this LED thing and im warming up to it quite a lot, I wanna buy a panel off amazon or something to grow these puppies really nicely cuz the cfl's just arent cutting it I'm leaning towards this one: Galaxyhydro LED Grow Plant Light 300w, but I cant seem to learn enough about it or have enough experience to make the judgment call of if it would work, Like I would need it to get me from Veg all the way to the end of flower, do you think that just one of these panels would do that for me? I'm walkin in the dark here so any advice is appreciated
