im doing my first grow and today i wake up and i notice my leaves are curling up. is this normal?

I have a similar symptom occurring on a 2 week old bag seed, but it is under an LED light with very little detectable heat at all.

2 inches is way to close give it about 5-7 inches. And that depends on the watts.
