Lighting changes

I was using a warm light that was one color and very basic growing light from Lowes. I now have the light with blue and red settings. How do I use this light what r the blue and red settings for? I'm in veg state right now getting ready to transfer to bigger pot and put up new light for her today. Just want to use it correctly thanks?

The blue light is for vegging, ie making the plant more bushy and compact
The red light is more efficient in flower, though many use both spectra throughout if leccy is not a problem
Red light typically makes plants stretch and you can sometimes end up with spindly, leggy plants with red alone
With the red/blue option, you have more control over how the plants grow which I find very useful

PS the up-pot is overdue, you are starting to get pale patches in the leaves - got any CaMg?

What’s the white stuff - is that just a reflection of light glaring on the middle blade of the top fan leaf or is that mold or pm...?
