i just started flowering 12 on 12 off well the electricity went out now the cycle is 4 on 20 off will this hurt her 20 off should i start 24 on and start flowering in a week from now

Anymore than 12 hours of light per day and the plant will revert back to vegetative growth. If you want to flower (bud) now then switch them back onto 12/12. One day of off timing should not be enough to screw them up, but make sure you decide what you want to do and fix it accrodingly right away.

Interupting light periods isn't bad, but NEVER interupt the dark periods by opening the door and letting light into the room, thats the rule of thumb I have read over and over again.
it will delay the bud process by an indetermined amount of time.
