Lighting Question If I could

Ok so I recently framed in my little grow area , here are the quick details

The room is 4 ft wide and 3 ft deep by 8 ft "HIGH"

After reading the lighting tutorial that is on this web site I decided to purchase a couple of CFL's

They are 6500k 2800 lumen and 45 watt
At the same time I purchased the handy dandy reflectors that clamp on anywhere, I have hung them from chains for direct above plant light.

Question is, I had a 4 ft tube reflective fixture from home depot and it no longer is needed directly above the plants.

Is there any harm in putting it at the top of the room at 8ft above the others.

My concern its that they will start to stretch and they already have in my opinion flimsy stems.

Also you should know that the whole room is made of mylar.

Once again everyone thank you in advance with my question of light and concern of tenny tinny stems.

Because you will have the light 8 feet high any useful light that would reach the plants from that distance would be very minimal and probably not worth the energy cost. IMHO... :goodluck:
