Little CFL advice

hey all,

I am relatively new to growing and I'm planning on building a grow box for 1 or 2 plants in a small wardrobe (.6m3). I have a small lighting budget of £20-£40 ($30-$60) and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on what type/amount of cfls I should be using

For vegging look for DayLight bulbs (6500K) and during flowering you want more soft light (2700K). For vegging I use 2-6500K bulbs for 1-2700K bulb. I use LEDs to flower

thanks! any idea on what wattage I should look for/get?

For the first few weeks, a couple of 23w bulbs will work and add more as your girl grows
