Little tiny black specs on bottom of leaves

So what are these little black tiny specs on under my leaves and also see a sticky spot on them how do I solve this problem? Leaves arestarting to get some white spots should I Clip them I clipped all the tiny very bottom ones that were white on them someone help pleasee

Hey Doc, we need some pics to try and help you out. It you are under led's then it helps to turn the lights off or take outdoors so the true colors show.

Any idea what your pH is? Are you in soil, hydro? Are you feeding nutes to the plants?

If I was to guess it sounds like thrips. Let's wait for some pics first.
