Lookah is happy to announce that we now offer free shipping for all orders from www.lookah.com over $50 with a delivery address to the USA (lower 48 states and the District of Columbia.)
We have been trying for a long time to find a better shipping option for our US customers. Over the pandemic, period shipping from outside the USA became a real issue as the limited market capacity saw shipping costs skyrocket.
Following the changes brought into law with the PACT Act, Lookah, like many companies, found their shipping options even more limited and prices rising even further, which came as a double blow following pandemic delays in shipping, confiscated shipments, and other complications.
Fortunately, we were finally able to set up a US fulfillment center to manage orders directly. After ironing out some early issues, we are happy to offer free shipping on US orders over $50.
This free shipping is only available for shipments within the USA to the conterminous 48 states and the District of Columbia.
We still can't offer the most competitive shipping on smaller orders but hope the $50 free shipping will cover most customers' needs and will continue to try and delivers better shipping service on smaller offers as time goes on.
We want to thank all our customers for their patience and understanding over the trying year. We thank you for your continued support and hope we can continue to offer you a growing range of products and even better service in the future.
