Also I usually water her every 2–4 days as needed. I keep it topped off with 50-50-50 Cow Manure and Compost Soil. It’s been raining a lot lately and this lady really shows a lot of life after a nice shower in this hot Texas heat. They’re obviously beside a structure so they don’t really get they’re first glimpse of sunlight until around 11 am-ish. Then the sun sets right on them around 6:30-7is. Any idea when she could be ready for harvest? I’m honestly not even sure how far along she is.
I used them once early on and just applied them a couple days ago and the nutrients seemed to have stopped the yellowing. It hasn’t spread or moved to any other leaves since I fed her.
Just remember damaged leaves won't recover.

You can. I'd leave them be and let the plant finish taking the nutrients from them. They'll eventually fall off when the wind blows.
Looks like you still got quite a few weeks to go. She will start to fatten up by then.
....if you don't know what she is, you will never know. There's no way to actually tell.
