Looking for ideas for Water Pipe

Hey everyone!
So I have this rather odd instrument that looks sweet and like it woukd be awesome to convert into a water pipe. Looking for some ideas.
It has a spot that will be used as a carb so the stem doesn't need to be able to come out. Fun little project and will be badass when done. Any ideas for how I should go about this?
