LSTing

I'm trying my hand at LSTing and I think I've got the concept down pat but I'm curious to how long should I keep the ladies in LSTing position? When should I alternate their position? PICS OF PRESENT POSITION ARE ATTACHED. THANKS to everyone that has and is helping me. I'm eating up all this wonderful knowledge.

Your theory is correct but i would start when they are smaller . Are these auto flower or did you flip em to flower? If not auto bump the light to 18/6 for a while to restart vegetative growth. The point of lst more bud sites to get light.

Already flipped into flowering. This first grow has definitely been a learning experience. I'll do better on my next one.
