Marshydro warranty

I bought an fce-8000 direct from marshydro less than a year ago and it went out july 1 so I contacted marshydro to remedy the issue however marshydro wasn't so receptive, after their pics videos and a description, marshydro claimed to know the fix and assured me by the first week in aug they would have my part its now the 6th of sept and still no fix.

A word to the wise, DO NOT ORDER FROM MARSHYDRO THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.

I'm sure it was an accident.
They are normally pretty good with their warranty.

After 3 months? Thats not an accident just bad customer service.

I recently heard about black dog led dot com out of Boulder, CO. Yeah, I think it's past time to start purchasing American made and even better when its local right down the road. Paying more for quality and durability is highly underrated.
