BOSTON (CBS) — A Lexington man is accused along with a man from Rhode Island of running a marijuana growing operation out of a house in Southern Maine.
Sheriff's deputes seized 16 pounds of processed marijuana, 25 pot plants and $60,000 worth of growing equipment from the home in Waterboro, Maine on Thursday, after neighbors complained of a strange odor.
25-year-old Graham Chitouras, of Lexington, Mass, and 26-year-old David Rosen, of Ashway, R.I. were ordered held on $10,000 bail.
Officials say the pair have no ties to Maine, other than using the house as an indoor pot farm.
