Might not be able to flush before harvest

got 4 big ladies outdoor in catskill mtn i thought had 4 more weeks left been flowering since the 3rd of august but just checked on my girls and they came along very fast in a few days they were given nutes 15/45/15 on the 30th of september but they have to be harvested on the 13th of this month(too big no more leaves on the other trees they stick out bad so i can water them good only once before harvest what is the worst that can happen

Just use the final watering as a flush and give them more water than normal.
