Yes you should definitely try to minimize even opening the area during dark cycle let alone walking in. But if you absolutely must then you should invest in a green bulb for grow roomsI also need to stop walking in to check the clone cupboard during dark time!! I'm an idiot - it's my first grow and I am so protective of the babies I can't help constantly checking them
