MMJ - Social Services and grandkids

Is there anyone out here that lives in California that has any experience with being a P215 and gaining custody of their kids or grandkids???

I know it should not matter whether I have a prescription for mmj or adivan.

Does anyone know how CPS views P215 users.

Most of the time those people are evil thorns interjecting themselves into other people's lives... If they find out anything and they feel that they can use it to their case structural advantage, they will and you get Bent over and BLAMM.

Sovereign people don't allow the state to interject themselves without first paying the fee. I charge a billion dollars an hour for my time. Oh, and I only take cash up front.
