Mountain Outside Grow

hey yall, I moved to the mountains recently, I really do not want to discuss where exactly. I'll just say PA. Anyways, I have some Purple Power Female seeds ready for an outside grow. But it is colder here then other regions obviosly, if anyone can help me out on when I should start, I'll give them a Resses Peanutbutter cup,,,,okay, not really bt I'll say thanks!

Start indoors for the first week or two then transplant outdoors. You will get better results that way because the plants will be stronger and nolonger considered seedlings.
