My first grow Day 20 pics, healthy?

Im doing a hydroponic grow with Gen Hydro nutrients and using a 1000w MH light, switching with a 27W 6500K florescent light for heat and bills. I started at 18/6 but have since moved it to 24/0 this last week. Ive even also taken an old paintball CO2 tank and have been giving the plants CO2 a few times a day.

my Brainstorm^^. Now this plant has been weird its entire life. I turned on 1000watter and within minutes the Brainstorms leaf/branch went almost straight up???

Ive been watering once a day with the Vegetative amounts of the Gen Hydro nutrients, more water? less HUGE light? As i said this is my very first indoor grow. Help is much appreciated.
