My plant grew eyes?

4th week into flower 48 days from seed now 1 looks like it has grown eyes its very short but has big hard buds need help before something bad happens first grow in a 4x4x8 tent in soil using Moon Dust and Beastie Bloomz and CFLs and 1 300 Kind LED here are some pics of the plant.
