Mylar Styrofoam panels

Hello everyone I am building a grow room the room is quite big and already has water supply and no windows it's a perfect place. What I do need is the reflective Styrofoam mylar panels I have seen them in videos but cant seem to find where I can buy them. Does anyone have an idea where I can get them or a different way to make a room the size of a nice bedroom reflective and good for growing? Buy Mylar rolls and apply them to the wall kind of like wall paper but easier. Put up plywood and paint it white. Melamine is more expensive than plywood but will already be white when you put it up. I’ve never used styrofoam panels before so I have nothing to offer advice wise.

I think I will use panda film that way I can be sure to block the light around ac I have to put in.
