Name the plant please, win a hug from Nutty

I want to tell if this plant can be used for ferments to feed my girls , I cant find the name of it though I think its from seeds I bought along with white horehound when covid-19 started as this was used many moons ago for tb , the other white flower plants where seeds I picked off on my walks , I am pleased they grew so well in a spot I could get nothing to grow
I would be greatful if someone can name the bigger one thanks

Looks like what the old-timers called hog weed. it's a nasty plant to tangle with, handle with care an hefty gloves

Yeah hog weed.... neighbor farmer hates that stuff. I saw him pull that up and mumble and stomp around a little when we were in his sweet corn plot. lol

We get poison hemlock mixed with alfalfa, water hemlock is the most common here. I've only come across hog weed once and that was at a roadside provincial park
