Need a good cool (temp) 1000 W Ballast kit

there are just too many around, Id like to find a good one with a air cooled hood and glass bottom so its air tight.

looking to buy 10-12 of these, so bulk place would be great.

budget roughly 350-400/kit including HPS, hood, ballast, dont need MH
