Need Help: Plant Looks Dead!

hi my plant leave seems to be died or something is not right with them since i transplanted from cup to pot i also used neem pesticide for the white flies on them yesterday today this is what it came up to

can any one suggest me what is happening with them?

Looks like some of my small clones when they have a root problem. The plant can absorb water and maintain itself but with few roots it cannot get enough nutrients to give it a good green color and to keep growing new leaves, stems and more roots. If you wanted you could keep it to see if you can save it and start another just in case.

@conradino23 brings up the soil. Are you growing in a natural soil mix or one of the many soil-less mixes that contains coco coir or a lot of peat moss? Once members here know that they can help with what types of fertilizer to use and what the suggested schedules should be.
