Need Help Please! :)

HEY guys

So i recently brought this 45w LED Panel for my plant

now what i need help on is

1. Will this light be sufficient for veg until flowering point in which i have a another light to add.
2. I also have this aqua medic aquarium light that i have been using for veg and seems to be doing the job but its
pretty hard to keep the temps down and hang both in the small growing space i have by running the two at once will i be blocking any of the good LED light that my plant needs? or will it be better to run both while in veg?

The 45 watt panel is 1/2 a step up from worthless. If at all possible, use the 150 watt MH light. Using the led as a side light can't hurt, but by it's self will cause your plant to diw from lack of light.

Since you have both, I would definitely keep both on the plant. Worth it, IMO.
