Need Help with Flowering Plant

Hi all, the plant has been in flower for a few days. Have had problems with vegetative growth for about a week now. Leaves are curling downward and bending on themselves. One 55 watt cfl 2700k pointed at the canopy and two 23 watt cfl hanging on sides. It is a small plant. Scotts Hyponex soil with very little nutes. one teaspoon of MG per gallon of water every third watering. Also have supplemented with Epsom and peroxide. Humidity is low and temp round 73-80 degrees. Have no idea what soil PH is. Don't have a PH tester....yet. some pics included. Any help or ideas appreciated.

Don't count on my help cause I'm new too, but from what I've been reading about things to look for, that looks similar to a plant that's receiving too much water. How often are you watering?

I am letting it lose most of its weight before watering.

Have u tried doing simple little finger soil tests? Push ur finger about an inch down into the soil and once it feels dry it's time usually, or so I've read.

The only reason I think it's water issue is because the stem is so purple and the leaves seem like they've taken on a lot of moisture causing them to droop.

The soil gets quite dry before I water.
