Need help with fluorescent lighting

Hi. I'm a first time grower. I got three Afghan kush Ryder plants going. They are 7 and a half weeks old. I.I'm using two fluorescent lights from menards. I need to know which would be preferable? They are both almost exactly the same. They are both put out 1250 linens. One is daylight that puts out 6500k and the other is softwhite that puts out 2700k. Which would work best for growing plants?

Thanks should I switch them when they first start sexing or when they clearly have buds?

You should use the 2700k as soon as you change your light cycle to 12/12

Some people will keep the 6500k for the first two weeks into 12/12 others switch right away. Your choice.
