Need simple Qs answering

Right i have a 4 pot wilma system. It has a pump with 4 outlets. I assume this is a flood system.

I have clay pellets and all canna nutes.

what do i do??

fill the bottom... i got that but how often do i get the pump to run for?
also when do i change the water??...

in really just need very basic advice but i cannot find it anywhere!

i have done soil grows many times... please help i am clueless!!

hey from what i know you change the water every two week but some ppl said to do it every week i dont really think its you have too depending on how fast your water lvl drops i think you might want to water it three times a day and for like 10-15 min each time. this is just a little information i picked up, correct me if im wrong.
