New buttons at bottom of posts

I've noticed that there are buttons at the bottom of each post. The first two links invited me to join something.
If one joins the other site, does that mean that they can copy each post to the other site?

Specificaly, if I post in 420.com, can other 420'ers use these buttons to copy my post to some other website? If so, does my screen name or any thing other than the text go with the post.
