I have a wicked budget setup it's what was around the house.I have 2 spiral florescents and a small srow/heat light in an old refigerator with ventilation keeping temp in high 70's and I water when soil is dry.It seems as something is eating some of my plants i have sprayed soap but it still happens.here are some pics let me know what i'm doing wrong so next time it's better,by the way there just bag seeds.I can't seem to figure out how to put pics on here just now sorry

Go to a garden center, get some vegtable safe pesticides. Anything good for vegi's are okay for pot. Don't use during flowering tho only veg, bad taste.

Lose the "heat" lamp. They are no good for growing. Spiral CFLs are good for veg if you are using 6500K cool blue ones.
Can't see what's eating your plants without pics but as mentioned above get some neem oil, safers insect soap, and perhaps some hot pepper wax.
