New grower: what is wrong with this seedling? It's an OG Kush plant

I'm a new grower and was just wondering what is wrong with this seedling, the other ones seem fine in the same condition but this one is flipping.

rootbound? is it bigger than the rest?

it's about the same size as the rest, but the other plants are different strains.

are you watering properly, ie, letting them dry out all the way to the bottom between waterings?

Uhh I guess its more so twisting and curling, not reaching for the light.

ok, that was what I assumed. When they point down to the roots, that is usually where the problem is. Especially if those containers are not filled all the way, I would suspect she is starting to wrap, and she doesn't like it.

Any suggestions on what I should do and how to do it?

Common problem even with mee pot can look full of dirt n u add some water n it goes down a lot lol always adding dirt but I would transplant into bigger pot b she will start shinning again Emilya hyt it on the nail

I would start by trying to get a visual on the problem... gently lift her out of that container and look to see what the roots are doing.
