New Grower

1st time growing. I know the basics from google how to grow websites. I'm looking for the best yield as possible, any ideas would help greatly. Money is a bit of a prob right now.
I'm using 2 cfl 75w light bulbs, vigoro potting mix, and miracle grow nutrients. I think the plant is lemon Kush or laughing budda

Should I really consider more cfls (like two more) and a ph meter?

You really need to get your lights much closer to the plant, with cfl's you don't want them to be any further than the width of your hand from the plant, especially when you don't have many of them.

I noticed on the third set of leaves it started to turn yellow as u can see from the pic so I raised it like a foot but I will change. I can get more lights if needed how many do u think I need all together they are 75w let me know if u think I should get a different wattage
