New leaves are yellow, anyone know why?

Hello, my plant has been like this for a few weeks and I've been looking for an answer to what it may be.
I've found a few threads and websites with pretty similar problems, but I want to show my plant so i can get some more specific help

So, here is the thing. The small, new leaves are all yellow and i want to know what i can do about it. This is my first plant and I have not been very serious until i noticed it was actually getting pretty big.

The colors are a little different because they're taken with my phone.

I started using something just recently but the yellowing was already there before i started.
I use less than what is recommended on the bottle.

Sometimes it takes a while for younger leaves to darken, have you noticed any doing that?

I think most of them get darker but two big leaves at the bottom are still pretty yellow, and hanging.
Maybe I should post images on those too.

It might be a sulfur deficiency... Maybe try diluting a tsp of Epsom salt in an ounce of water and give her a drink... Is should take 3-4 days to fix that problem if it is indeed the problem.

Your plant looks good though.

Either way the Epsom Salt wont hurt her. Oh yeah, your peace sign is upside down.
