Two things I would just like to get a few opinions on. I've read mostly to not transplant autos but I start them in cup size pot and move to three gallons. Any experience with this? And another biggy, to top or not to top autos?

Good morning @Rnanney Hope your having a good day.
There are differing opinions on that.
Personally every auto I've grown out I started in a small pot built up the root ball then transferred to a bigger pot.
I've done it without any ill effects.
Others like to go to a final pot right away.
It makes it difficult to water properly.

I'd just bend over or lst the main stem.
I don't top autos but some do well at it.
Just what I do.
See what others say.

Stay safe
